Where is the best place to go to fix my rust/dents/paint my car?

I have a 1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible in great condition minus a couple things. I just went to Maaco today to get an estimate because I've heard they are the best. A lot of work needs to be done. The worst rust spot is right below the gas cap above the rear bumper panel which I guess is a pain in the butt to fix. The total estimate for rust, door dents, and paint came to around 1750 bucks. That also includes cleaning the front headlights because there is a lot of grime on the inside of them. The paint job is one level for 599.99 I believe. Its just the level before base coat clear coat. They wanted 999.99, but the guy recommended I get the 599.99 one.

All opinion are welcome as I would like to get the best work, for the best price, for the best quality!Where is the best place to go to fix my rust/dents/paint my car?
Since the vehicles over 10 years old, save your money by using the Paint Over Rust (POR) product or similar below and then using touch up paint. The savings will help buy a new car.

I have to admitt that Maaco is far from the best body shop. You should shop around and find that little shop off the main road, you will usually get a better job for less money ! Maaco is an express paint shop, don't misunderstand me, they do a good job for what they charge. As far as quality and longivity of the repairs, well ? Who ever you choose, ask them for a client list so you can ask previous clients if they were satisfied. Good luck !!
