Not sure if this is the same thing that you have in mind, but I've brought a product that's made by Crayon and it's like a big magic marker......but it's safe to put on just about anything'; car windows, body of the car, sidewalks, house windows, homes, kid's bikes and much much more';.This stuff is washable and can easily be removed with soap and water and it comes in a pack of seven different colors......best part of all, I brought mine from Dollar Tree, but I have seen it in Staples for a whole lot more money.
