My car door was just painted and does not match?

My car was just painted on the door and up close it looks good BUT from far away the newly painted door does not match the rest of the car... I know it needs 4 to 10 weeks to completely cure but my question is once it does, will it get lighter and match the rest of the car or will it now always be darker? My car door was just painted and does not match?
If it does not match right now, it never will and you should take it back to be re accomplished. You paid or your insurance paid good money for this repair and you deserve to get what you paid for.My car door was just painted and does not match?
It should lighten a bit with time...if it doesn't then you need to go back and talk to the people who painted it.. Most people have a color match guarantee.. You should look into it.. But I wouldn't worry about it too much! Wait a few more weeks! :) But I do suggest calling them and at least asking THEM! Then tell them they will hear from you in a few weeks if it doesn't conform!
so long as the paint color that was used matches the car and was the correct manufacture code color then the colour should lighten to match. please be aware that car paint can take anything up too 4 days to properly dry from time painted
you can repaint the door, or paint the car the same colour
You old paint will have faded, try using colour restorer on the rest of the car to polish it back to its original colour.
It will never match, take it back to whoever painted it and make them redo it to match, a good painter can match it.
