Walmart has these vinyl and leather repair kits. They're made by a company called ';Permatex';. I've used this kit several times for repairing vinyl stuff.





It comes with coloured fillers which you can mix to the desired shade to match whatever you're fixing.





It costs around $10. It has worked really well for me on a motorcycle seat, a dining room chair, a car seat, a leather jacket, and a weight bench seat.
