it's like flaking, how do i get past the flaking to the good paint on metal, doing least damag/work possible. (i want to keep the bare metal area as SMALL AS POSSIBLE!)I have a bare metal patch on my car and plan on touching it up, the paint around it tho is starting to flake?
use a wallpaper scraper lightly to remove the big stuff and something like a very smooth sand paper or a kitchen scouring pad to clean the rest off
