Oxidation under the clear coat. Its caused by a cheapie factory paint job. Usually Chrysler products.Does anyone know what causes this to happen to the paint on your car? Picture?
Your car had a poor clear coat put on at the factory, and after years of sun, it is flaking off. The only thing you can do is sand it off and repaint it. Sometimes you can get away with wet sanding with very very fine sand paper, then respraying clear coat.
Looks like oxidation.
