Have you been out on another Hit and Run spree? Santa's gonna put you on the naughty list ;-)
The easiest way to do this is to simply go buy some car polish...not wax, POLISH. Use a clean terry cloth towel and rub it into the yellow paint area using even pressure. The paint will come off. There is also a product called Scratch-Out that is specifically designed for minimizing the appearance of scratches in the paint. After removing the yellow paint/scratch, rewax the area. You should be able to get the necessary items at your local Auto Zone or similar store. Hope this info helped.
you can try a pencil eraser(the best is those white rubber ones)
if that doesn't work then you can try a buffer, which you can get at any store like walmart .....
Is your bumper chrome, or does it have a plastic bumper cover on it?
You can try rubbing compound, but if your bumper is chrome you might scratch the chrome.
You can also try using a clay bar but it might be difficult to use if you've got a big paint scratch.
If Painted bumper - Take it to some autobody shop or auto detailer and they could remove by CUT POLISHING the paint and can remove the scratch however will depend on if it has gone through the clearcoat of your paint.
If chromed try a claybar or Varsol to remove the paint. Then find yourself a good chrome rubbing compound. Suggestion, try rubbing the compound on a spot where it is not noticble to ensure the compound will not scratch the chrome. Once you found a good compound just rub it on and hopefully the scatch can be removed. If not then head down to a autodetailer or autobody shop and see what they can suggest!
