How to mess up the paint on a car?

good luckHow to mess up the paint on a car?
get salt water and pour it all over. Make sure its really thick. then, what you want to do after is climb on the car, squat and take a dookie on it. make sure its steamy. it will activate the salt enzymes and it will start eating the paint right away. then it will go to the metal as well. i've done it twice and it was awesome. plus there were dents from me climbing on the car. talk about killing two birds with one stone.
throw another paint color on it

Paint ball it

Egg it

and spray can it

DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How retarded can U b
Put bologne on it on a hot day. It will leave a faded circle
Well, there is also, besides the eggcellent examples above the tried and true method of ';I drug my key into the side of his pretty little suped up four wheel drive';.
why? you want to mess up some car? that seems the only logical explanation why your asking how to mess up paint from a car.
I would say the best way to mess up paint on a car would be with brake fluid gasoline and eggs

Need help with painting my Car Emblems. Really appreciate it?

So I have an Acura RSX and the emblems are plastic. I want to paint them black, so I bought this paint that is special for plastic, but do I need to sand it first before painting? Also, once I take off the emblems how do i put them back on? Thank you so muchNeed help with painting my Car Emblems. Really appreciate it?
Remove the emblems with a thin putty knife very carefully so you don't scratch the paint on the car...you might put some masking tape around the emblem to help keep from scratching the paint.

Carefully remove the old double sided tape on the back off the emblem

Lightly scuff the emblems with a gray Scotchbrite pad.

Clean the emblem with an alcohol based solvent or buy a pre-paint grease removable solvent at a auto paint store

Spray the emblems lightly using several coats

Buy some emblem adhesive tape from an auto paint store(expensive)

or beg/buy some from a local body shop.

trim the excess tape from the emblems with a razor blade.

Re-install

That's a lot of workNeed help with painting my Car Emblems. Really appreciate it?
you don't need any special tape

3m tape is what they use to put it on there so look for some of that and its cheap as well

How to do Car Touch Up Spray Painting?

Hi, please help me I've never done any car painting and I would like to fix my trunk lid: http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/5834/carpaintmq9.jpg

Can someone please give me some instructions on what to buy, how much I should pay for each, and the steps I should follow? Someone recommended sandpaper, primer, spray paint, buffer, but I have no idea which to use first and why, and which is absolutely necessary. I would greatly appreciate it if you could show me some simple step by step procedures to get this done. It doesn't have to look perfect, I just want to make it less obvious. Thanks! How to do Car Touch Up Spray Painting?
If the lid is rusted you will have to use the sandpaper and primer if the paint is faded or oxidized then just use the maroon scotchbrite pads from the auto store scuff the lid so the paint will adhere. if using can spraypaint then spray in one direction to cover the lid then go the opposite in order to get greater coverage. Spray untill it is even let dry, spray again if neccessary if not maybe hit it with a clear coat paint.

1.The sandpaper will remove the rust

2.primer will prevent the rust from re-appearing

I would like to ask how to remove tartar caused by excess water after every car wash w/o damaging the paint?

Bubba's right, you have to remove the water. Another way to do it is to use a squeegee made for drying a car. Most parts stores sell them.I would like to ask how to remove tartar caused by excess water after every car wash w/o damaging the paint?
Keeping your car waxed helps the water bead and run off. Shouldn't have to do this more than once a month. Waxing your car keeps it slick and smooth and much harder for calcium deposits to stick.

This is in addition of course to drying the car well after the wash. I do the windows first followed by the chrome then the paint. You may want to start in the places that build up more than other spots.

If you want to remove stuff that's already there start with a compound rub or clay bar followed by a good waxing.

I use turtle brand wax and it always comes out nice for me.I would like to ask how to remove tartar caused by excess water after every car wash w/o damaging the paint?
As soon as you exit the car wash, take a clean tint free towel and wipe down the whole vehicle.

How long are you supposed to wait to Wash or Wax a car after it's been painted?

I just got a new paint job on my 99 Firebird; but how long before can I wash n wax it?How long are you supposed to wait to Wash or Wax a car after it's been painted?
Wash, after a week to 10 days, and dont wax for about a month.

The paint has to cure. How long are you supposed to wait to Wash or Wax a car after it's been painted?
Really depends on the color.. White about 3 months and Black 8 months. The darker the color and the longer it takes to set and dry... Depends on the paint... too...

You can wash with car soap--nothing else. Waxing takes time...
The place that you had your car painted at should have told u... I would wait at least a week...
Ask the professional who painted it, they will give you the best answer.
About 1 week . I had my new hood painted.
It takes a while to cure even after it's dry. Ask the detailer where you got it painted.
